I am the owner/lead designer at Farm Chic Design. A lot of people ask me why our firm is called Farm Chic Design. Well, it's just who I am - a farm girl from Texas living on a little farm in Georgia who loves chic design! Growing up as the daughter of a contractor, I've been around construction and remodeling for as long as I can remember. Since living in Georgia, I have had the opportunity to do design work for a contractor, and later, became a designer/decorator for a kitchen and bath remodeling firm. We launched our own design firm here in the heart of Roswell, Georgia in 2016. Our family lives on a small hobby farm north of Atlanta. Along with my husband, two daughters and two sons, we have a dog, lots of chickens, several goats, a donkey, and even a few ducks!
I have always been super creative and have always loved the arts. My getaway has always been being surrounded by paints, fabrics, and music. Growing up I was shaped and molded by a family full of artists and designers. I watched countless wedding cakes be formed, art poured into, and event designs established detail by detail. My love for the design world grew deeper the more my knowledge and experience developed. Now I have received my degree in Interior Design and am diving head first into the world of design! I call myself an aesthetic junkie, and this niche is a place where I get to harness those creative visions to help establish unique moods specific to our clients desires!
I am 20 years old and live in Roswell, Georgia, working as an intern for Farm Chic Design. I'm currently studying interior design at Anderson University. I grew up watching HGTV and have always dreamed of being an interior designer. I aspire to work for an interior design firm following graduation and would love to one day continue in the industry on my own! I love dancing, traveling, coffee, shopping, and envisioning my dream home through browsing Pinterest.
My passion has always been working with small businesses to watch them grow financially. I have 25 years of experience with bookkeeping, office organization, and financial systems. After recently relocating to the Atlanta area from Connecticut, I joined the Farm Chic Design Team. When I am not crunching numbers you will find me in the kitchen baking and creating a one-of-a-kind meal for family and friends or in the garden planting new varieties of perennials and watching and waiting for the next bloom to show its color.
I work at Farm Chic Design as their builder and project manager. I am originally from west Texas, have been in the construction industry for nearly 40 years, and have been building custom homes since 1990. I moved to Atlanta in 2015 to join Farm Chic Design. My daughter Tori and I make a great father-daughter team! I enjoy barbecuing, time outdoors, weekends with my grandkids, and raising black angus cattle!
Kitchen + Bath Designer
I have been in the cabinet and fixture business for over 10 years. I do bath and kitchen cabinet design for Farm Chic Design. I love watching a project take its form from start to finish! When I'm not working, I enjoy hunting and fishing and love the outdoors.
I am originally from Greenville, South Carolina and I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. I sold my construction company in SC in 2012 and moved to Atlanta for a change of pace. I handle all of the structural and layout design at Farm Chic Design. I enjoy volunteering my skills with project design and master planning for multiple non-profit ministry organizations around the country. I definitely enjoy being outdoors with my family and I eagerly anticipate college football season each fall!
I work remotely as Farm Chic Design's communications manager. I am originally from the south but live out West! My husband and I currently reside in Salt Lake City, Utah with our preschool daughter and baby son. I studied interior design and have had a passion for it for as long as I can remember! I'm a full-time stay-at-home-mom and work part-time as a photographer and freelancer. In my spare time, you'll find me dreaming up home ideas, organizing, taking care of my children, or hanging out with friends and family!
